You can change the email address associated with your NovoPsych account. Note that your username for logging in is your email address. 

1. Go to Account
2. Select Account Details
3. Under Email change your email address
4. Click on Update Details
5. Once you’ve updated your email address we’d suggest you logout of your NovoPsych account and then log back in with your new email address. This will ensure that your current login instance matches your current credentials. 

It can also be useful to check that your payment details and billing address are up-to-date. Click here to learn how to update those details.
