Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale – Revised (CESD-R)

The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CESD-R) is a 20 item self-report questionnaire used to measure symptoms of depression, and is particularly useful for tracking symptoms over time.
