How do I cancel my plan or end my subscription?

If you’re wanting to end you subscription or opt out during a free trial period, this guide will show you how to end your paid subscription.   Once you have cancelled your plan, you are still able to access existing client data on your account, but won’t be able to administer more assessments. 

To cancel your subscription:

1. Go to Account
2. Select Plan
3. Click on Change Plan

4. Click on the White Box

5. Click on Edit Subscription

6. Drop down the Green Box and change plan to Cancel Subscription


7. Click on Update Subscription and Done at the bottom of the screen once you’ve made your selection.

You will still be able to login to your NovoPsych account to view previously administered assessments, but you won’t be able to administer new assessments. If you change your mind, you are able to upgrade your plan in the future.
